摘要/Abstract

摘要： 慢性牙周炎是牙周致病菌引发的感染性疾病,可导致牙周组织的附着丧失和牙槽骨的进行性破坏,机械的方法去除牙菌斑是目前应用最有效的治疗牙周病的方法。然而,在某些器械难以到达的部位,传统的治疗方法不能彻底的清除牙周致病菌。近些年来,许多学者们致力于激光在慢性牙周炎治疗中的研究。本文就激光在牙周炎非手术治疗中的应用做一综述。

关键词: 牙周炎, 激光, 牙周治疗

Abstract: Chronic periodontitis is an infectious disease caused by periodontal pathogens resulting in progressive loss of periodontal tissues and the alveolar bone. Mechanical method of removing dental plaque is one of the most effective methods for the treatment of periodontal disease. However, conventional therapy does not completely remove periodontal pathogens, especially the sites where conventional mechanical instrumentation cannot reach. In recent years, many researchers have studied the effect of laser in periodontal treatment. The following is the review about the application of laser irradiation in periodontal non-surgical treatment.
