Abstract: Periodontal local bacterial infection can cause inflammation of periodontal tissue, resulting in the destruction of periodontal tissue and tooth loss. In recent years, scholars found that a large proportion of B-1 cells accounted for periodontitis lesion infiltrating cells and conducted researches on the effect of B-1 cells in periodontitis. In this article, we performed a systematic review of B-1 cell in periodontitis in order to understand the research progress in this field and obtain the new ideas for the treatment of periodontitis.
