Abstract: The embedded supernumerary teeth protruding into the nasal cavity are in a high position. The surgical procedure is difficult, and it is a great possibility to injure the roots of the adjacent permanent teeth and the nasal mucosa accidentally. Additionally, the teeth may be pushed into the nasal cavity or even fall into the digestive tract or respiratory tract, leading to more severe complications. Hence, we reported a case of minimally invasive extraction of embedded supernumerary teeth protruding into the nasal cavity in a safe protocol.
