Abstract: A case of aesthetic defect of maxillary anterior teeth with altered passive eruption and diastema is performed periodontal surgery and veneer restoration assisted by digital technique, who finally achieves satisfactory treatment results. It is hoped that this case can be used as a reference for the digital treatment and multidisciplinary joint treatment of aesthetic defect cases in dental clinics.
