Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of oral implant restoration of dentition defect. Methods: 47 cases of patients with a total of 94 Anthogyr implants were collected from 2009 January to 2014 January. The follow-up was 3-36 months. The patients were taken oral panoramic tomography after immediately implantation,3 months, 6 months and12 months implantation, and measured the bone resorption. Results: There was statistical significance in the bone resorption between different period of time after implantation. Between the implants after 3months and 6 months, between 6 months and (>12) months, between 12 months and (>12) months, peri-implant bone absorption was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: After implant surgery for sixth months, bone resorption around implants was the maximum.
