Abstract: According to minimally invasive principles, the extraction of deeply embedded mesiodens procedures must avoid to injure adjacent teeth, pyriform foramen, nasal mucosa, nasal spine, and other important structures. This paper reported a case of minimally invasive extraction of two deeply embedded mesiodens medial to nasal spine. The bone structure of nasal spine was preserved by bilateral invasive approaches.
