摘要: 慢性牙周炎是一种病因极其复杂的疾病,目前为止,其发病机制待进一步澄清。近年来研究发现,MAPK信号通路在慢性牙周炎发病机制中处于重要地位,本文拟从MAPK信号通路在牙周组织免疫炎症及抗炎反应、牙槽骨的破坏与形成中所起到的作用作如下综述。

Abstract: Till now, the exact pathogenesis of chronic periodontitis still needs exploration. Recently, the MAPK signal transduction pathway has became a research hot spot in chronic periodontitis. This review focuses on the regulatory effects of MAPK signals in the inflammatory reactions and immune response in periodontium, and the destroy and regeneration in alveolar of chronic periodontitis.
