Ti6AL4V表面微弧氧化法制备含锌涂层的特征及抗菌性研究

Characteristics and Antibacterial Properties of Zinc-containing Coating Prepared by Surface Microarc Oxidation on Ti6AL4V

摘要: 目的: 微弧氧化法在Ti6AL4V上制备不同浓度含锌涂层,比较其表面特征及抗菌性。方法: 用微弧氧化法在Ti6AL4V表面制备不同浓度含锌涂层的4组试件,即无锌组(N-Zn),低锌组(L-Zn),中锌组(M-Zn),高锌组(H-Zn),以抛光后Ti6AL4V(CP)作为对照组;扫描电镜及能谱仪观察涂层表面形貌、元素原子比例;X线衍射仪测定物相组成;贴膜法测定试件对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果。结果: 1)扫描电镜观察,随着锌浓度增高,涂层表面孔径变小,变均匀,但在H-Zn组表面出现涂层断裂情况;2)能谱仪显示,与CP组相比,四组实验组表面均出现了Ca、P等元素,测得Ca/P的比值为1.7;3)X线衍射仪结果表明实验组表面均形成了锐钛矿相、金红石相;4)贴膜实验表明,与CP组相比,实验组菌落均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);M-Zn组与H-Zn组相比,菌落数无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论: 微弧氧化法制备的含锌涂层可以增强试件表面抗菌性能,抗菌性能随涂层含锌浓度升高而增强。

Abstract: Objective:To prepare zinc-containing coatings with different concentrations on Ti6Al4V by micro-arc oxidation and compare their microstructure and antibacterial properties.Methods: Four sets of specimens with different zinc concentrations were prepared on the surface of Ti6Al4V by micro-arc oxidation, i.e.non-zinc (N-Zn), low-zinc (L-Zn), medium zinc (M-Zn), and high-zinc (H-Zn) groups.The polished Ti6AL4V (CP) was set as a control.SEM and EDS were used to observe the surface morphology and atomic ratio of the coating.XRD was used to determine the phase composition.Film method was used to determine the inhibitory effect of the test piece on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Results: 1) SEM showed that with the increase of zinc concentration, the surface of the coating became smaller and uniform.However, the coating fracture occurred on the surface of the H-Zn group.2) EDS displayed that compared with the CP group, Ca, P, and other elements appeared on the surfaces of four groups.The ratio of Ca/P was 1.7.3) The results of XRD showed that anatase and rutile were formed on the coating surface.4) Film coating method leaded to conclusion that the colonies in the experimental group had statistically significant differences compared with the CP group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of colonies between the M-Zn group and the H-Zn group (P>0.05).Conclusion: The zinc-containing coating prepared by the micro-arc oxidation method can enhance the surface antibacterial performance of the specimen, and the antibacterial performance increases with the increase of the zinc concentration of the coating.
