消退素D1在骨缺损修复领域中的研究进展

Research Progress on Resolvin D1 in Field of Bone Defect Repair

摘要: 由创伤、感染或先天因素导致的骨缺损是临床治疗的难点,其修复过程涉及复杂的炎症与再生调控。特异性促消退介质(specialized proresolving mediators, SPMs)是一类内源性脂类介质,能够主动促进炎症消退和组织修复。消退素D1(resolvin D1,RvD1)作为来源于Omega-3多不饱和脂肪酸的SPM,在调控炎症反应、促进组织修复方面显示出重要作用。本文围绕RvD1的生物学特性、作用机制、在口腔颌面部骨缺损修复中的应用及其前景与挑战进行综述,以期为骨修复治疗策略的优化提供新思路。

Abstract: Bone defects resulting from trauma, infection, or congenital factors present significant challenges in clinical treatment, as their repair involves complex inflammatory and regenerative regulation. Specialized proresolving mediators (SPMs) are a class of endogenous lipid mediators that actively promote inflammation resolution and tissue repair. Resolvin D1 (RvD1), an SPM derived from omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, plays a crucial role in regulating inflammatory responses and promoting tissue regeneration. This review focuses on the biological characteristics and mechanisms of RvD1, its application in the repair of oral and maxillofacial bone defects, and its prospects and challenges, aiming to provide new insights for optimizing bone repair therapeutic strategies.
