摘要： 本文报告1例广泛型Ⅳ期C级牙周炎患者的治疗过程,通过多学科综合治疗方案,随访12年,取得了较好的治疗效果。

关键词: 跨牙弓固定桥修复, 根管治疗, 牙周炎, 咬合, 牙周维护治疗

Abstract: This case report describes the management of a patient diagnosed with stage IV grade C periodontitis. A multidisciplinary treatment approach was implemented, resulting in favorable outcomes that were maintained over a 12-year follow-up period.
