摘要: 微小RNA是一种内源性、高度保守的非编码RNA,参与机体多种生物活动,并且和多种癌症的发生和发展密切相关。近期的研究发现微小RNA具有作为口腔白斑病癌变风险预测的分子标记物和治疗靶点的潜力。本文就微小RNA在口腔白斑病临床应用的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: MicroRNA (miRNA) is an endogenous highly conserved non-coding RNA, which is involved in various biological activities of the body, and is closely related to the development of a variety of cancers. Recent studies have shown the potential of miRNAs as a molecular marker for malignant transformation of oral leukoplakia and therapeutic target of oral leukoplakia. In this study, the application of miRNAs in the diagnosis and treatment of oral leukoplakia was reviewed.
