Abstract: To investigate the feasibility of repairing partial defects of mandible with polyetheretherketone material, two patients with mandibular partial defects were repaired with computer-aided design of individual polyetheretherketone implants. The mandibular partial defect was constructed accurately, and the mandible obtained the appropriate shape and height. No complications such as inflammation and rejection occurred during the postoperative follow-up for more than 6 months. The patients were satisfied with the improvement of face shape, and good clinical effect was achieved.
