Abstract: Eosinophilic ulcer of the tongue (EUT) is a relatively rare benign, reactive disease that typically exhibits self-limiting characteristics. Clinically, it often presents as a rapidly enlarging solitary ulcer, which is easily to be mistakenly diagnosed as a malignant tumor. This article presents a case of EUT that persisted for more than a month and explores its clinical and histopathological features, as well as the diagnostic and treatment approaches. The aim of this case is to provide valuable insights for the clinical management of this condition.
