Abstract: Pemphigus is a severe and chronic autoimmune blistering disorder that typically presents as cutaneous and mucosal blisters and erosions. Pemphigus in pregnancy is rarely reported and may lead to both maternal and fetal complications, so early diagnosis and management are quite crucial to improve outcomes. Herein, we presented a case of pemphigus during pregnancy with lesions confined to oral cavity. The aim of this report was to explore the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment of this rare condition, and to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
