Extended Resection of Lingual Angiosarcoma: A Case Report

Abstract: Angiosarcoma (AS) is a rare malignant neoplasm of endothelial origin, with cases involving the oral cavity accounting for only 1% of all AS occurrences, and lingual AS being exceptionally rare. This article reports a case of lingual AS in a 76-year-old female patient, and through a literature review, explores the clinical manifestations, diagnostic challenges, and treatment strategies for this condition.
