Methods: 9 cases of odontogenic myxoma diagnosed through pathological examination from January of 2010 to December of 2019 were reviewed and analyzed by clinical features, imaging data, pathological characteristics, surgery methods, and prognosis. Results: The clinical symptoms of odontogenic myxoma were atypical, and the imaging data had reference significance for diagnosis.
