Decompression of the Left Mandibular Unicystic Ameloblastoma: A Case Report

Abstract: Unicystic ameloblastoma generally occurs in young people, between 10 to 29 years old. The mandible is the most frequent site of unicystic ameloblastoma. The treatment often used is curettage. Conservative approaches are recommended as the treatment for younger patients. This article presented a case of unicystic ameloblastoma in the left mandible, which was treated by marsupialization combined with curettage.
