Abstract: Linguoangular impaction of ipsilateral mandibular second and third molars in superposition is fairly rare. It is a tough mission for orthodontist as well as oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Surgical extraction is of great challenge and high stakes, which may injury the inferior alveolar nerve and adjacent teeth. Here we reported a case to demonstrate how to perform the teeth extraction in a minimally invasive way.
