Abstract: After tooth loss, soft and hard tissues are often insufficient and gums collapse due to pathological bone loss or physiological modification, which affects aesthetics. In this paper, a patient with insufficient soft and hard tissue and residual anterior bone fenestration after the loss of upper middle incisors was subjected to guided bone regeneration. The incremental reconstruction of soft and hard tissues was obtained.
