Abstract: With the development of regenerative medicine, the studies of oral tissue regeneration have been widely carried out. Animal model is a common and necessary tool for studying tissue regeneration. The anatomical morphology, chewing pattern, tissue structure, and regeneration process of the canine are highly close to human.
