Abstract: MicroRNA (miRNA) is endogenous, non-coding RNA with important biological function, and regulates cell proliferation and differentiation in the post-transcriptional processes, which affects the development of body and diseases.More and more recent researches have shown that miRNA regulated osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, which is reviewed in this article.
