摘要/Abstract

摘要： 转谷氨酰胺酶2(transglutaminase 2,TG2)又称组织型转谷氨酰胺酶,是广泛分布、具有多种生物学功能的蛋白交联酶,近年来研究发现TG2表达异常与体内多种疾病的发生相关,并成为这些疾病药物治疗的潜在新靶点,但TG2在口腔疾病中的作用还鲜见报道。本文就TG2在慢性牙周炎、药物性牙龈增生及口腔黏膜下纤维化中的作用作一综述,以期为口腔疾病的治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: Transglutaminase 2 (TG2), also known as tissue transglutaminase, is a widely distributed,protein cross-linking enzyme with multiple biochemical functions. TG2 has been reported to involve in etiopathogenesis of several pathological conditions and the inhibition of enzyme activity is potential for therapeutic management of these diseases. However, there is no review on the relationship between TG2 and oral diseases. In this paper, the role of TG2 in three oral diseases, including chronic periodontitis, drug induced gingival overgrowth, and oral submucous fibrosis is reviewed, which is to provide a new insight to the therapy of some oral diseases.
