碳基材料在周围神经损伤修复中的应用

摘要: 周围神经损伤严重影响患者身心健康,尤其是离断性周围神经损伤。自体神经移植作为目前临床治疗常用方法,存在着供体来源有限、供体区失神经障碍等局限性。人工移植材料的开发是解决上述问题的关键,近年来碳基材料在周围神经损伤修复治疗中展现出显著优势。本综述从该角度出发,对碳基材料在周围神经损伤中的研究进展加以总结并对其未来在周围神经损伤尤其是面神经损伤领域的应用加以展望,为临床治疗离断性面神经损伤提供新思路。

Abstract: Peripheral nerve injury seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients, especially the severed peripheral nerve injury. Autologous nerve transplantation, as a common method in clinical treatment, has some limitations such as limited donor source and denervation disorder in the donor area. The development of artificial transplanting materials is the key to solve the problem. Recently carbon-based materials have shown remarkable advantages in the repair of peripheral nerve injury. From this perspective, this review will summarize the research progress of carbon-based materials in peripheral nerve injury and prospect its future application in this field, especially facial nerve injury, so as to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of severe facial nerve injury in stomatology.
