Abstract: As a modern and excellent way, tissue engineered bone has been a research focus to repaire bone defects in recent decades. Because of its low cost, stable effect, and stimulation of human diseases, murine has become the widely used animal models for bone osteogenesis tests. In this paper, several factors including the species, sex, age, and immunity of murine, the transplantion methods of tissue engineered bone and the cites of bone defects are summarized based on the review of the relevant literature about bone osteogenesis experiments using tissue engineered bone within murine in recent years to provide references for the future researchers.
