Giant Pleomorphic Adenoma of Left Parotid Gland Malignant Transformation: A Case Report

Abstract: The most common salivary gland tumor is pleomorphic adenoma, but particularly giant pleomorphic adenoma with malignant transformation is relatively rare. This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a 77-year-old male patient with malignant transformation of giant pleomorphic adenoma of left parotid gland. Physical examination showed a mass with a size of 20.0 cm×18.0 cm×18.0 cm, and the tumor was completely removed after surgery.
