摘要: 近些年研究发现DNA甲基化与口腔疾病的发生密切相关,复发性阿弗他溃疡作为常见的一种口腔黏膜疾病,病因复杂,随着人们对其发病机制的认识深入,其致病因素诱导DNA甲基化改变也越来越被关注。本文综述了微生物、营养、免疫等致病因素诱导的DNA甲基化变化在该病发病机制中所起的相关作用,为今后临床治疗提供新的研究思路,也有助于相关治疗药物的开发及应用。

Abstract: In recent years, it has been found that DNA methylation is closely related to the occurrence of oral diseases. As a common oral mucosal disease, recurrent aphthous ulcer has complex etiology. With the understanding of its pathogenesis, the changes of DNA methylation induced by its pathogenic factors have been paid more and more attention. In this paper, DNA methylation induced by the pathogenic factors of recurrent aphthous ulcer, such as microorganism, nutrition, and immunity, is reviewed, which plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease, providing new research ideas for clinical treatment in the future, and also contributing to the development and application of related therapeutic drugs.
