Abstract: Angiogenesis, the process of forming neovascular structure from preexisting blood vessels, is closely related with tumor growth, metastasis, relapse, drug resistance via the supply of nutrients and grow factors. In this complicated regulatory network of tumor angiogenesis, microRNAs play an important role and even act as an accurate biomarker or therapeutic target. In this paper, the effects of microRNAs on tumor angiogenesis were summarized.
