In Vitro Biosafety of 20-40nm Nanosilver.

Abstract

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the in vitro biosafety of 20-40nm nanosilver. Methods: Different concentration of nanosilver and human gingival fibroblast cell was cultured for 2,4 and 6 day,the cell proliferation was determined by MTT.The ALP activity of human gingival fibroblast cell under differentiated medium was detected at day 9,12 and 15. Results: The proliferation of human gingival fibroblast cell was similar in different group.And the ALP activity of human gingival fibroblast cell was not affected by 20-40nm nanosilver. Conclusion: The 20-40nm nanosilver had perfect biosafety to human gingival fibroblast cell in vitro.
