Abstract: Primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) is an autoimmune disease whose pathogenesis changes with adaptive immunity. Learning about the pathophysiological changes of adaptive immune cells in pSS helps us further find immune therapy targets. This paper reviews the current research on the association of pSS and adaptive immune cells at home and abroad.
